What are Headaches?
Headaches are characterised by pain in the head that can be accompanied by a variety of other symptoms. There are more than 200 different types of headaches. Tension headaches, cluster headaches and migraines are some of the more well-known. Approximately 50% of adults will experience at least one headache in any given year. Frequent headaches may affect your quality of life and impact relationships at home or at work.
Headache symptoms can range from mild to severe and can vary in frequency and intensity.
