Fort Healthcare plays an important role in assessing your injury, prescribing treatment and helping you to comfortably return back to work. All of the workers compensation services will be billed directly to your employer’s insurance company, which means there is no out-of-pocket expenses for you.
What do I need to bring to the workers compensation physiotherapy/ exercise physiology/ psychology appointment?
- Certificate of capacity from your GP
- An approved Claim number
- Referrals to see a physiotherapist/ exercise physiologist/ psychologist from your GP
