NDIS psychology services

Fort Healthcare is a NDIS registered provider. The psychology services we provide:

  • Psychology therapeutic support for children and adults (Category: Improved daily living)
  • NDIA managed behavior support plan including specialist behavior intervention support and behavior management plan including training in behavior management strategies (Category: improved relationship)
  • Psychology review letters for renewal of NDIS plans
  • Psychology assessments and diagnose (such as ASD, ADHD, IQ test, non verbal IQ test and so on)
  • Cognitive and functional assessment for children and adults 
  • Work with your support coordinator and family 
  • Attend your case meetings and school / workplace if necessary
